2. Advertising Terms
When you book advertising with Suffolk Media Screens Ltd, you agree to the following:
a. Content Approval
- All submitted advertisements are subject to review and approval.
- We reserve the right to reject or request modifications to any content that is misleading, inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of any laws.
b. Ad Scheduling
- We aim to deliver ad placements as agreed, but timings and frequency may vary based on screen locations, loop duration, and available inventory.
- Estimated daily impressions or plays are approximate and not guaranteed.
- Any reference on the website or marketing materials to pricing “from £X per day” is for illustrative purposes only and is based on a monthly advertising rate of £95 with a set discount applied. This approximation assumes continuous operation over a full month in a venue open seven days a week.
Actual cost per day may vary depending on the number of days the host venue is open each month or year. Suffolk Media Screens Ltd accepts no responsibility for variations in effective daily cost caused by store closures, public holidays, or other changes to venue opening hours.
c. Payment
- All advertising packages must be paid in full before your campaign goes live unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in ad suspension.
d. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your campaign with at least 14 days’ notice prior to the scheduled start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable, but you may be eligible for a credit.
- If you wish to cancel your 3, 6 or 12-monthly then 30-days notice is required, and 50% of the outstanding plan amount will be due.
3. Charity & Community Ad Slots
- We offer limited discounted or free ad slots to local charities and non-profits.
- These are subject to availability and approval, and may be rotated within available community segments.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and screen content created by Suffolk Media Screens Ltd remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. You may not use our branding without permission.
5. Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability & Service Interruptions
While we strive to deliver a consistent, high-quality advertising experience, Suffolk Media Screens Ltd cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, or missed impressions resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Power cuts or electrical failures
- Internet or network outages
- Hardware or screen malfunctions
- Third-party venue closures or restricted access
- Force majeure events (such as extreme weather, fire, or public emergencies)
In the event that a screen is offline (unplanned) for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will offer a pro-rata credit or re-run of your campaign at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for downtime caused by such external or unforeseen circumstances.
We actively monitor our screens and will always aim to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible. Clients affected by extended outages will be notified directly and supported as a priority.
7. Production of Advertising Content
If Suffolk Media Screens Ltd creates advertising content on behalf of the Client, we retain full ownership of the design and materials unless agreed otherwise in writing. The Client grants us permission to use any logos, images, or branding they provide for the purpose of producing and displaying the ad.
The Client is fully responsible for ensuring that all content they supply — including images, font files, graphics and logos is properly licensed for commercial use. Suffolk Media Screens Ltd is not liable for any copyright or legal issues arising from unlicensed or misused materials.
If no clear design brief or guidance is given, Suffolk Media Screens Ltd will create the advert using our own professional judgment and discretion. The final style and layout will be based on what we believe works best for screen display.
The design fee includes up to two rounds of amendments after the first draft is supplied. Any further changes will incur an additional charge, which we’ll confirm in advance.
If changes are needed due to errors or incomplete information provided by the Client — such as spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or missing content — these will be treated as extra work and charged at our standard design rate.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving their advert before it goes live. Suffolk Media Screens Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors or issues in the content once approval has been given.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
